The criteria listed below (grouped into distinct areas) aim to understand an application\u2019s core purpose and functionality. These include the target audience, the type of data the app collects, and the app\u2019s primary functions and features. Because these criteria do not have scoring implications, the application will not be scored based on its functionality.
